EASTERN THEOLOGICAL CONSORTIUM
The Consortium is composed of a President, two Vice-Presidents, Regent, eight Vice-Regents, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary and Executive Board of Directors, a Board of Governors, Commission on Conferrals, Commission on Recommendations, Absolute Fellows, Fellows, Academicians, Associates and General Membership.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSORTIUM
The President of the Consortium is the presiding officer of said body and, therefore, shall chair all sessions of the body and promote its general welfare. The office of President of the Consortium is embodied in the offices of the Archiepiscopate and as such the Sovereign Archbishop is the President of the Consortium.
VICE-PRESIDENTS OF THE CONSORTIUM
The Vice Presidents assists the President in the promotion of the general welfare of the Consortium and shall perform such virtuous functions as deemed beneficial to the general good whenever so directed by the President, Executive Board, or Board of Governors of the Consortium. The Vice President is appointed by the President for a term of not less then five years, nor more than eight. As a prerequisite for the office of Consortium Vice President, possesses the degree of doctor, and has accumulated a reasonable amount of service in the Consortium of at least four years. Of the two Vice Presidents, the one who has served longest in said capacity is styled Senior Vice President. The same Senior Vice President is empowered to act in behalf of the president in case of absence, incapacitation, or vacancy of office by the person of the Consortium President.
THE REGENT OF THE CONSORTIUM
The Regent of the Consortium is the chief administrative officer of the Consortium as the Deputy of the President. The Regent bears responsibility for the coordination of the Consortium and its divisions, pursuant to directives of the President, the Executive Board, and the Board of Governors. the Regent further bears responsibility for the initiation and execution of policies beneficial to the maintenance and growth of the Consortium in its diverse capacities. The Regent is appointed by the President of the Consortium for a term of not less than three years, nor more than eight. As a prerequisite for the office of Regent, said individual must be learned; possessing a doctorate; of godly disposition and sober character, such as may be an example and inspiration to others.
VICE-REGENTS OF THE CONSORTIUM
The Vice-Regents shares with the Regent in the administration of the consortium with their individual areas of responsibility being defined by the President and the Regent. The Vice-Regents are styled First Vice-Regent, Second Vice-Regent, Third Vice-Regent, and so on inclusive of the Eighth Vice-Regent. Precedence shall be established by the numerical order with that of First being greatest in the order of precedence. The Vice Regents are appointed by the President of the Consortium pursuant to recommendations from members of the Executive Board of Directors and/or the Board of Governors of the Consortium. The prerequisites for the office of Vice-Regent are as follows: an individual in consideration for said office must possess a doctor's degree (This may be accepted with good course especially if said person in a doctoral candidate), should have rendered service to the Consortium for a reasonable amount of time, at least three years; and should have some history of administrative experience.
THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONSORTIUM
The Consortium Executive Board of Directors is composed of the President, Senior Vice President, Regent, First Vice Regent, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer, and four Executive Board Members-at-Large.
The Executive Board Members-at-Large are named by the President for a term of not less than three years, nor more than seven. As a prerequisite of office, said individuals have rendered prior service to the Consortium of at least four years. The Executive Board of the Directors serve as the Steering Committee of the consortium. It bears responsibility for the formulation, presentation and implementation of Consortium policy for the fulfillment of stated goals and objectives. The Executive Board is empowered to act as the legal representative of the Board of Governors betwixt sessions of the same. A simple majority of its membership constitute a quorum for any meeting of the Executive Board after all have been duly notified of the same.
THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE CONSORTIUM
The Board of Governors is the principal governing body of the Consortium bearing responsibility for the implementation of policies beneficial to the growth of the Consortium and the maintenance of the standard of Academic Excellence and Scholastic Achievement which the Consortium in its sovereign capacity has set.
The Board of Governors establishes of the criteria for the categories of academic classification in which a particular school may operate. As the validator of the standards of academic requirements, the Consortium Board of Governors are the sole determinator of any particular school's category of operation to which it has granted a Charter. No school shall be able to change its academic category without making application to the board of Governors for a review of its status.
In all places of its operation the Consortium shall seek to work in harmony, wherever possible, with the existing academic standards as established by the government of the nation or principality in which the Consortium maintains a pedagogic community.
The Categories of Academic classification shall be as follows:

2. Universities
3. Colleges of Liberal Arts & Sciences
4. Institutes of Theology
5. Junior Colleges
6. Schools of Training for Religious Workers
7. Secondary Schools
8. Elementary and other Schools
